The Qode Quay Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company” or “we” or “us”), offers Customer Relationship Management Services (referred to as “QQCRM- Services”) through online mobile Application by the name “QQCRM- Services” available on “App store” and “Google play Store”(Application) (the Application collectively referred to as “Platform”) and through the website qodequay.com/qqcrm which is availed by the users (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “User(s)/ Prospect Customer(s)/ Customer(s)”) through the platform, upon the acceptance of terms and conditions of use as available on the Platform and this “QQCRM Privacy policy”. This Privacy Policy applies to Your use of any product, services, content, features, technologies

1. DESCRIPTION ABOUT OUR PRODUCT/QQCRM- SERVICES:

Our Product name “QQCRM- Services” is newly launched and introduced by us which serve and act as a marketing tool/model to market Company products and Services through QQCRM- Services channel to prospective customer(s)/User(s) who are interested in availing Company’s varied Services and dealing in Company’s Products.

It is a product to Automate, Connect and Elevate the business with smart automation, seamless connectivity and effortless scaling designed for modern Entrepreneur’s. The salient features of the Product or QQCRM – Services are as follows:

  • Lead Management- Allowing to manage Leads, capture business cards and communicate the clients directly from smart phone or tablet

  • If You register directly through Our QQCRM- Services APP or website Qodequay.com/qqcrm: A First Name, last name, Company Name, Services You want to enquire about, Phone number, email id for verification, validation and authentication of Your account.
  • If You contact us directly, we may receive additional information about You such as Your Name, email address, Phone Number, the contents of the message and /or attachments You may send us, and any other information You may choose to provide.
  • When You register for an Account for QQCRM- Services, we may ask for Your Contact information, including items such as name, Company, address, email address, and Phone number.
  • QQCRM- Services uses common Internet technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to keep track of the interactions with the Company’s app, websites and emails.
  • QQCRM- Services may use collected information to provide You with additional information about the Company’s Services, Partners, Promotions and events.
  • We also collect details of your android version, device brand, and model number for our analytics and debugging purposes only.

5. THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES:

Our QQCRP- Services App are advertised at various Social Media and on Third Party Applications/websites like LinkedIn, Facebook etc. Our QQCRP- Services is integrated with Social Media App like Facebook, Instagram, Gmail etc. We collect Your Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram or any Social Media (third Party Application) details for authentication purpose. The Users who are interested in availing the QQCRM- Services can click on the link which are advertised on Social Media websites or App which will direct them to register themselves at out QQCRM- Services App / website. We have partnered with third party to manage our advertising of our Product QQCRM- Services on other Sites. You will continue to receive generic ad on social Media websites.

Once You integrate Your Facebook, Insta Account or any other Social Media Account it will generate lead with QQCRM- Services App. Your leads from Facebook/Insta Account are also fetched and collected into QQCRM- Services in real time. Data is collected from various sources to generate Leads and for developing Prospective Customers for the services rendered and delivery of product of the Company. The Third-party sites/App may have separate and independent privacy policies and You must comply with the same.

6. USAGE OF INFORMATION/DATA:

Calls logs Data: we use Your Call Logs data for accurate logging and reporting of all business calls in QQCRM- Services.

Other Data:

  • To Personalize Your experience (Your information helps us to better respond to Your individual needs)
  • To improve Our Product (We continually strive to improve our QQCRM- Services or website based on information and feedback, we receive from You)
  • To improve customer service (Your information helps us to more effectively respond to Your customer service requests and support needs)
  • To Process transactions (Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other Company for any reason whatsoever, without Your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased Product or service requested)
  • To send Periodic emails (The email address You provide may be used to send You information, respond to inquiries, and/or other request or questions.)
  • Follow ups with Prospect Users/Users/Customers registered QQCRM- Services Data fetched from various sources are stored in QQCRM- Services for the purpose of follow ups with Customer’s or Prospect Customers to create leads and satisfy the needs of Prospect Customers/Customers.
  • Develop new products, services, features and functionality.
  • Communicate with you, directly including Customer Service, to provide You with updates and other information relating to QQCRM- Service App/ website, and for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. PROTECTION OF USERS INFORMATION

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of Your personal information when you place an Order or enter, submit or access Your Personal Information. All the data collected and feeded into QQCRM- Services are kept confidential and belongs to Customers/ Prospect Customers/Users. QQCRM- Services will not re-distribute, publish or disclose publicly any uploaded User Data unless required by law. The data feeded in QQCRM – Services system can be reviewed and updated to carter the needs of prospect customers /Users/Customers periodically. QQCRM- Services have a right to review all User Data uploaded to the platform as we have tie ups or partnered with the Platforms.

We use Cookies to enable key features like User authentication, Chat Support and to improve overall User experience of the QQCRM- Services App / website

6. ACCESS OF INFORMATION/DATA OF PROSPECT USERS/ PROSPECT CUSTOMERS /USERS/CUSTOMERS IN QQCRM- Services:

We retain rights to access to the information provided in QQCRM- Services App/ website regularly of Users/Customers /Prospect Customers. The internal team of Company handling QQCRM- Services App maintain the data base of Customers/Prospect Customers / Users have a right to access to the information. Even Prospect Customers/ Customers /Users registered in QQCRM- Services have a right to access to this information. The information provided in QQCRM – Services are categorized according to various level it has been classified which leads are new leads, cold leads, Hot leads and leads converted into deals. The data/information filed in Dashboard QQCRM- Services App is assigned to team employee and passes through various officers/personnel which is defined by levels.

10. DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS OF USERS/CUSTOMERS

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all Your Data protection rights. Ever User is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access- You have right to request copies of Your personal data/information.
  • The right to rectification- You have right to request that we correct any information/data You believe inaccurate. You have right to request that we complete the information You believe is incomplete.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA/THIRD PARTY APP INTEGRATION PRIVACY POLICY

  • Data Collected through Third Party App When You integrate QQCRM- Services App with social media or third-party App like Facebook, Instagram or Google etc, we collect Your Social Media Profile authentication information, this is only for authentication purpose. You can ask for the deletion of Social Media integration by contacting us and all Your personal Data acquired from Social Media App will be removed from the Platform. After You integrate Your social media account and lead forms with QQCRM- Services Your leads from other Social Media/ Third party App are also fetched and collected into the QQCRM- Services in real time.
  • Monitor of the collected Data: You can view all the leads collected from other sources or third-party App on integrated QQCRM- Services dashboard by logging in QQCRM- Services App.
  • Request for deletion of Data: Since leads are collected from Social Media or Third-Party Apps and based on data/information collected You create on the QQCRM- Services App. For deletion You can intimate us from Your registered email id in writing or by call as contact details provided to You on QQCRM App/ website.
  • Disclaimer: Once You request for deletion of data along with the leads from Social Media App like Facebook or Instagram or Google etc all the history on those leads created THROUGH Social Media App will get deleted from QQCRM – Services App.

13. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION/DATA:

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using QQCRM- Services App. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

we does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our QQCRM- Services App/website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

We will communicate with You by email, SMS or in app notification in connection with our Services/Platform to confirm Your registration, to inform You in case Your ad listing has become live /expired and for transactional messages in relation to our Services. As it is imperative for us to provide You such transactional messages You may not be able to opt- out of such messages.

17. LEGAL DISPUTES:

In case of any Legal Dispute arises between Users /Prospects Users /Customers/Users and Company with respect to Application or Services, the Court of Mumbai will have exclusive Jurisdiction.

These conditions shall be governed by and construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that for any action or proceeding to be brought by You, the courts and tribunals at Mumbai in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims which may arise out of or in connection with this QQCRM- Services Privacy Policy.

18. MISCELLANEOUS CLAUSES:

  • In the event of Your breach of these Terms and Conditions of QQCRM- Services App Privacy Policy, You agree that the Company will be irreparably harmed and may not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. The Company therefore, shall be entitled in such event to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction.
